STORYLINE SYNOPSIS |
The life story of former Manchester United football legend, George Best.
The film covers the good and the bad, starting with Best's teenage days
in East Belfast and on to
when he was discovered by a Manchester United talent scout. Best joins
the club's youth squad, and enjoys messing about with his new mates,
but it is not all fun. The film carries through Best's later years of
alleged drink and drug and on to the death of
Best's former boss and mentor, Sir Matt Busby.
