STORYLINE
SYNOPSIS |
AKA is the story of a young man's search for love, status, and identity in Britain during the late 1970s.
Dean is a handsome and bright, 18 year old, who feels hampered by his working class upbringing and family. In
order to escape and enter high society, Dean takes on a new identity. Soon he is in the world he desired,
meeting new people and making new friends. Including an older gay man, named David, who wants to be more then
just friends and the young Texan, Benjamin. Can Dean find love when his identity is a lie. How far is he
willing to go and how much will he sacrifice?
